How to make a purchase
Do I have to register to make a purchase?
Yes, to order you need to register in order to provide us with all the data necessary to process your order: delivery address, tax code/ VAT no. (Internal Revenue Service verifies VAT number) and registered at VIES if the company is registered in a foreign country (verifies VAT number at VIES), for invoicing and returns.
Registration is subject to approval at the sole discretion of Maxima SpA.
Registration will let you access your reserved personal Area, where you can check the status and history of your orders, create or modify your billing and/or shipping addresses, change your account data, such as your first and last name, e-mail and password, consent to or object to receiving the Maxima newsletter, manage your re-stocked product alerts, manage your list of desired products (wishlist), check unused discount vouchers, access your personal data in accordance with the GDPR in force, and delete your personal data by request.
Registering with our Maxima Store is very easy, but you have to do it now if you want to shop at our Maxima Store.
You will be asked for an e-mail address: it is important that it is valid and that it is the one you usually use because you will need it to enter your reserved area and it will be the address to which we will send all communications concerning your orders.
By registering, you can stay informed about the latest news from Maxima SpA through our newsletter (optional choice).
Your data will only be used for order processing and will absolutely not be provided to third parties in total security.
The profile is your reserved area where your shipping and billing data are stored. You can access it when you are logged in (recognised by the system having entered your e-mail and password) by clicking on your name at the top right of the pages.
From your personal profile you can check the status of your orders at any time, and subscribe to our newsletter to keep up to date with the promotions and offers that Store Maxima periodically promotes.
If you do not remember your password, don't worry: you can request a new one at any time by entering the address you registered with. You will be sent an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password.
To log out of your profile, just click on the “log out” link in the top right-hand corner.
Changing e-mail and password
By accessing your profile, you can change your data, including your e-mail address and password, at any time.
Changing the settings related to receiving the newsletter
When you sign up for the Maxima Store, we send you a regular newsletter to keep you up to date with the latest news, discounts, special offers, etc. If you no longer wish to receive it, you can change the settings in your profile.
Change of delivery and billing address
In your profile you can change your shipping and/or billing address and also add new ones, if, for instance, you want to have your order delivered to a different address. You can also have a default address and change it whenever you want, even at the time of purchase.
Lost password
For security reasons, it is not possible to retrieve your old password, but you can request a new one at any time, by entering the address you registered with here.
You will be sent an e-mail containing a link with which you can regenerate a new password.
