Placing an order
How can I find a specific article?
You can navigate through the categories with the menu at the top or with the menu on the right-hand side of the website pages, or you can use the search box to perform text searches of our products.
What are favourites?
While you are browsing, if you see any products that interest you, you can save them in your wish list by clicking on the button with the heart icon next to the “add to cart” button. You will find it in your “Wish List” accessible at the top right of all Maxima Store pages. To use this function, you must be logged in with your registration credentials.
Selecting products and placing the order
Ordering is very simple: enter the products you want, after verifying their characteristics, adding them to the shopping cart by clicking on the appropriate button in the product sheet; then complete your order by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page; check the products entered and the quantities before payment and then click on the button checkout or proceed to checkout, select the shipping and billing address or distinguish by adding shipping and billing addresses if different, select the desired courier or the one proposed and, lastly, select the payment method to complete the order. After you have made your payment, made immediately if you are paying by credit card or PayPal or deferred if by bank transfer, a copy of your order will be sent to you by e-mail.
Completing the order
Once you have completed your order, a few minutes later you will receive an e-mail (check your SPAM folder if not view) confirming your purchase with a summary of the products purchased.
